All terms, timelines, and costs for each order are agreed upon individually via email correspondence.
2. Custom Orders and Non-Returnability: The jewelry displayed on the website represents examples of original artisan designs. Each piece is handcrafted to order based on your specific requirements (size, length, materials). Pursuant to Article 26.1 of the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," these finished goods are of satisfactory quality but possess individually defined characteristics and are therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
3. Agreement on specifications: The design, exact dimensions, prepayment terms, and delivery details are agreed upon exclusively via email prior to payment.
4. Warranty terms: All jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty from the artisan, effective from the date of order receipt. The warranty covers only latent manufacturing defects. Free repairs are not provided for mechanical damage, deformation, or normal wear and tear resulting from failure to follow care and usage instructions.
5. Service and repair: For issues not covered by the warranty, or after the warranty period has expired, you may contact the artisan for paid repair and restoration services.
6. Delivery, Transfer of Risk, and Force Majeure: The Maker’s obligations regarding the handover of the goods are deemed fulfilled, and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the shipment passes to the Buyer, at the moment the parcel is handed over to the delivery service. The Maker is not liable for delays, loss, or damage to the shipment caused by the actions of logistics providers or by force majeure events (such as weather conditions, strikes, or accidents). For shipments outside the Russian Federation, the Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with their country's customs regulations, payment of customs duties and fees, and any risks associated with the delay or seizure of the parcel by customs authorities.
